Our organisation applies the QA management system ISO TS 16949:2009.
This involves project management for all relevant process stages. Support is provided using CAQ (Computer
Aided Quality) in the areas of test planning, statistics, plugged measuring equipment, analysis, inspection
reports, archiving, integration into PPS system procedures.
We have tactile and optical 3D-coordinate measuring machines, video measurement microscopes, profile
projectors, colour measurement equipment, heating cabinet and climatic chamber and other testing equipment.
Standard statistical assessments are made for MSA, CMK, PPU, CPK, PPM, customer satisfaction and supplier
ratings.
