Injection Mouldings
Schieffer designs and produces high-grade mouldings in the customary types of reinforced and unreinforced thermoplastics, in special compounds and in advanced polymers. State-of-the-art production technology and process technology permit the automatic feed of inserts as well as multi-component injection moulding (two colours/two components). The practical experience we have acquired means that we can produce technically perfected products suitable tailored to the market. Successful developments for eminent automotive producers, the mechanical and plant engineering sectors and the electrical and household appliance industry testify to this know-how.

System solutions and Assemblies
The call for more complex solutions necessitates the production of complete systems which are optimised in terms of their cost and range of functions and made up from individually-developed subcomponents. Whether mechanically machined or automatically assembled or completed, our comprehensive material and application know-how produces system solutions that offer an optimum combination of advantages. Working together with our customers, we develop assemblies from different plastic and/or rubber parts, as well as from other materials, such as for composites with metal parts.
