Moulded parts/O-Ring seals
We produce and supply tailor-made elastomeric injection mouldings for any desired purpose, starting with prodcut development and proceeding via design, formulation and prototype manufacture through to series production. New specifications frequently call for system solutions, and these we are able to provide, drawing on our extensive experience in the fields of rubber and plastics. It is not least because of this that we can be particularly proud of our list of references of European automotive suppliers.

Extrudates
Apart from a large number of different profiles, we are also able to offer you a large number of different elastomeric compounds. We have acquired experience with materials ranging from high-performance elastomers, via duplex and composite profiles, right through to cellular profiles covering the entire Shore hardness range. The service we offer are rounded off by a selection of finishing and assembly processes, such as inscription, self-sealing techniques, flocking, multicoloured products, adhesive bonding and corner vulcanisation.
